Abstract


Efforts to Improve Teachers' Capabilities in Preparing Syllabus and RPPs Through Implementing Professional Development Activities with a Cooperative Approach at MI Hidayatus Syar'iyah Wolo Semester 2 2018/2019 Academic Year. Research on improving teachers' abilities in developing syllabus and lesson plans through professional coaching activities with a cooperative approach at MI Hidayatus Syar'iyah Wolo in semester 2 of the 2018/2019 school year. This type of research is action research with 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 8 teachers with explanations from 6 class teachers, 1 PAI teacher and 1 Physical Education teacher at MI Hidayatus Syar'iyah Wolo, Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency, Semester 2 of the 2018/2019 Academic Year. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation and documentation activities. Data validation uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques. The results of the research show an increase in teachers' abilities in developing syllabi and planning the implementation of learning, increasing from an average score of 49.59 with poor score criteria in the initial conditions, to 69.98 with sufficient score criteria in the first cycle and to 89.47 with very good score criteria. good in the second cycle. The conclusion is that professional coaching activities with a cooperative approach are proven to be able to improve teachers' abilities in developing syllabus and lesson plans at MI Hidayatus Syar'iyah Wolo in semester 2 of the 2018/2019 academic year.
