Implementasi Pendidikan Multikultural melalui Program P5PPRA di MTs PB Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the implementation of multicultural education through the P5PPRA program at MTs PB Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang, which is a boarding school-based educational institution with students from various cultural backgrounds. Using a descriptive qualitative design and phenomenological approach, this study collected primary data through in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as secondary data from related documents. The results showed that the program was effective in building students' awareness to respect differences, as well as minimizing the potential for conflict and bullying behavior in the school environment. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of multicultural education in creating an inclusive and safe learning environment for all students.
