Implememtasi Blended Learning dalam Manajemen Pembelajaran Program Paket A, B, dan C di PKBM Ngudi Makmur Karanglewas Banyumas

Abstract


This study aims to describe the implementation of blended learning in the learning management of Package A, B, and C Programs at PKBM Ngudi Makmur. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of blended learning is managed through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, which are adapted to the characteristics of adult learners. Learning is carried out by combining face-to-face and online activities using simple and easily accessible media. Blended learning has a positive impact on the flexibility and sustainability of learning in equivalency education. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as limited technological facilities, learners' digital literacy, and uneven digital pedagogical competencies of tutors. This study concludes that blended learning is a relevant learning model for equivalency education if supported by adaptive and sustainable learning management.
